Consultant PMO (m/w/d)

Job Description

  • You ensure project success through a goal-oriented approach and have a comprehensive sense of responsibility as well as an IT affinity
  • You are responsible for regular project status reports at the management level
  • You manage the project team and external providers
  • You are responsible for selected organizational and commercial processes in projects
  • You ensure smooth communication with customers, business partners, and external service providers
  • You help shape program/project methodology and monitor compliance with it
  • You actively support experienced internal or external project managers in the organizational tasks of the project

Your profile

You have completed your studies – preferably as an economist, industrial engineer, or business informatics specialist (or comparable)

You have already gained experience in IT projects, preferably in organization and implementation, optionally also in operation

  • You have already acquired initial consulting skills and can apply these in a team environment

You know methods in the field of planning, problem-solving, and decision making and have already been able to apply them

You have an eye for the big picture, plan and work with foresight

You have very good presentation skills and a high level of assertiveness at the management level

  • You have an entrepreneurial and analytical mindset and can achieve commercial goals
  • You have a very convincing personality and high customer orientation
  • You have basic German and good English language skills
