Enterprise Architect HR Cloud Solutions (m/w/d)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your tasks include the analysis, conception as well as leading implementation of IT transformation projects in close cooperation with our customers
You will be responsible for the design and definition of the functional and technical target architecture of IT landscapes and individual applications
Project management tasks such as the definition and delegation of tasks, the selection of IT systems and providers as well as measures for structural cost reduction are also part of your duties
You are responsible for the continuous monitoring and target-oriented realization of your subproject, the associated work packages including project status reports at the management level as well as the planning and implementation of the targets

YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in IT or comparable experience as a software developer, ideally also as a solution architect
You have several years of professional experience in HR IT projects
You have experience in the introduction of HR IT cloud applications
You have already designed functional processes and are familiar with state-of-the-art technical interfaces
You have knowledge of MS Office and experience in agile working methods
You ideally have certifications for various project management methods and tools (e.g. ITIL, Scrum, SAFe, PMBOK, Prince2, etc.)
Experience with API design, automated testing as well as the programming languages Java, JavaScript, Node.js are desirable
You enjoy working in a team as well as planning and decision making in versatile projects
You are business fluent in German and English and are willing to travel throughout Germany
You have basic German and good English language skills
